The following, which was advanced to third reading from the March

     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 285(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                
     expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                             
     program; and providing for an effective date."                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall CSHB 285(FIN) pass the House?"  The
